It is colorless clear viscous liquid,not easily soluble in water, soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol, acetone,

flash point: 210°C

APPLICATION:

It is a flame retardant with low cost and good stability. It is used as flame retardant in strip and block foam production. It is also used in polyurethane foams, adhesives and other resins.
