APPLICATION:
TCP is a flame retardant plasticizer. It is compatible with many cellulose resins, vinyl resins, polystyrenes, synthetic rubbers, especially with polyvinyl chloride, and can be used as a medium for poor compatibility and improves compatibility with resins. TCP has good compatibility, flame retardancy, mildew resistance, abrasion resistance, stain resistance, weather resistance, radiation resistance and electrical properties. This product is used in paint to increase the flexibility of the film. This product is also used as a plasticizer for synthetic rubber and viscose fiber.
It is used as a flame retardant plasticizer for pvc products such as cable materials, artificial leather, conveyor belts, sheets, floor materials, etc. Also used in neoprene and viscose. Further, tricresyl phosphate is also used as a flame retardant solvent for water repellents, lubricants, and nitrocellulose.
